I have a strong interest in working with women through the complexities of pregnancy and postpartum transitions. From the challenges of problematic pregnancies, birth trauma (physical and psychological) postnatal depression, anxiety and adjustment to motherhood struggles.
I also have strong networks with other allied health specialists in this space to try and make your healing and recovery as manageable as possible.
Counselling and Psychotherapy look at all areas of life by taking the time to listen to all aspects of what it is to be a human being; acknowledging that every part of us is connected, with no part working in isolation. All these parts are equally important in making up the whole of us.
Through Counselling, you will discover how negative thought patterns and emotions, that may be preventing you from moving forward in your life, are stored, where they came from and how to release them.
